You agree to the following Terms and Conditions when you purchase Furry Credits
When you purchase IMVU credits from Furry Credits, you agree that you have permission to use the credit card or PayPal account used for the transaction(s). By purchasing Furry Credits, you understand that if there is a chargeback on a successful transaction due to fradulent use (or any other reason), your IMVU account and all associated accounts will be disabled. Fraud is a felony, and you may face criminal proceedings.
Please ensure you enter the correct avatar name. We do have a failsafe to double check your entry which will not allow you to complete a transaction on an avatar that doesn't exist. However, if you click through without ensuring that the avatar you typed in is indeed you or the avatar to which you intend to send credits, we can not be responsible for credits transferred to the wrong avatar. We are unable to retrieve credits once paid out so you will have bought credits for someone else.
We can refund your credits only if the full amount of the credits purchased are returned to us.
